•  Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchanges. 

• Before a return can be accepted, I have the right to accept or deny it.  

• There will be a 30% restock fee for LEVER BACK POSTS ONLY. The 30% fee is to cover the cost of labor to re-bead the edge of the earrings and replace the returned lever back posts with new ones. 

• There will be no restock fee for earrings with any kind of hooks.

• Products must be returned/received before a refund/exchange is given.

• Buyers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
