Shipping Policy
I am extremely grateful for each order! :) I spend a lot of time thinking of ways to make the packaging eco friendly and reusable so either of us have to feel guilty! Each order includes handmade paper made by me, free stickers, a fabric pouch sewed by me to hold your earrings! Lots of love goes into making every order and packaging it up! Thank you for giving me the opportunity! :)
Shipping in the US
All packages are sent through USPS (United States Postal Service). I am based out of Appleton Wisconsin. They are sent as Priority Mail which includes tracking. Each package is insured up to $100. If stated differently, packages get sent out 1-3 business days from date of purchase and will take 2-3 business days to arrive to you!
Shipping to Canada
All packages are sent through USPS (United States Postal Service).
I offer two options.
First choice is to send your package as First Class which has NO INSURANCE for $16. A tracking number will be provided for the States and Canada via email. This option could take up to 16-20 business days for your package to be delivered.
The second choice is to send your package as Priority which has insurance up to $100 for $35. A tracking number will be provided for the States and Canada via email. This option could take up to 10-15 business days for your package to be delivered.
Swan Berry Designs/Ruby Lelonek is not responsible for the cost of any customs/duty fees/taxes/tariffs for Canada Shipments. With that being said, please try to be prepared for the cost as much as you can. Click the link to help look at how much the fees might cost.
